This looks pretty good! How his lip is reminds me of my character Tukiko, only hers only does like that on the top lip, not the bottom. Your did really good on the details, I like it. However, I'd lighten up the background colors on the left side. It looks fine near his face since he's kinda pale, but near the bottom of the picture where his shirt and stuff is all dark it doesn't looks as good because it's too many dark colors, but otherwise it looks pretty good. His ponytail looks a little stiff too. I'd try having a little more stray strands of hair, and make them wavy to show movement, it doesn't need to look curly, just enough of a curve to give the hair movement, it doesn't have to always look neat, the hair can look a little messy and still be nice to look at, but otherwise it'f fine.
